This policy covers familyflowapps.com (the "Site"), operated by Family Flow LLC ("we," "us"). Our mobile apps are currently in private family testing and are not offered to the public; when they launch publicly, this policy will be expanded and the in-app policy will govern app data.

What we collect

• Waitlist signups: your email address, when you choose to join.
• Support messages: your email address and the message you send.
• Basic technical logs: our hosting provider (Google Firebase) records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) to serve and secure the Site.

We use no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. The Site sets no cookies.

How we use it

• To email you about FamilyFlow early access and launch — the thing you signed up for.
• To answer your support and service inquiries.
• To operate and protect the Site.

Where it lives

Waitlist and support submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) in the United States, accessible only to us. We keep them until you ask to be removed or the waitlist concludes.

Your choices

Want off the list, or want to see or delete what we have about you? Send a note via the support page from the email address in question and we'll take care of it promptly.

Children

The Site is directed at parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 on the Site. Our plans for children's data inside the FamilyFlow app are described in our Children's Privacy statement.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date here and note it on the Site. Questions: familyflowapps.com/support.
